The US Treasury department has blacklisted Colombian football team Envigado under the anti-crime Kingpin Act. Following accusations on Wednesday that the club laundered money for drug cartels, Juan Pablo Upegui, the club's president, says the allegations took him by surprise and offered to allow any interested parties to inspect the club's records.
