Terry Campese delighted at being named Hull KR captain

• Australian stand-off surprised at captaincy so soon after signing

Terry Campese has expressed his excitement at joining Hull KR and becoming the club’s captain.

The 30-year-old stand-off is one of 13 signings made by the club in the close season and, given the Australian’s experience, he was an obvious choice as captain after the departure of Josh Hodgson and Travis Burns.
