The wife of a Detroit-area soccer referee who died after being punched by a player last summer has filed a $51m lawsuit against the player, who is now in prison.
The figure represents $1m for each of the 51 additional years that John Bieniewicz, 44, could have lived, according to the lawsuit in Wayne County court.
