Diplomats declared Tuesday that world powers and Iran had struck a landmark deal to curb Iran's nuclear program in exchange for relief from international sanctions. "Today could have been the end of hope on this issue. But now we are starting a new chapter of hope," Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said.
