Thomas George Michel, a Sheshatshiu resident who is accused of killing his infant son, won't go to trial. His second degree murder charge was withdrawn because the baby's brain, a key piece of evidence, has gone missing, presumably while in the possession of the Chief Medical Examiner's Office.
