CSIS locks horns with diplomats over anti-terror info sharing

The Harper government passed Bill C-51 last year partly to ensure better sharing among departments of the private information of Canadians for anti-terror probes. But months after the bill became law, a document shows, CSIS was already tussling with Canada's diplomat service over the release of personal data.
