Toronto teen swimmer Penny Oleksiak has been named CP female athlete of 2016 after winning four medals at the Rio Summer Olympics. Oleksiak won gold and silver medals and helped Canada win a pair of relay bronze medals. She took 94% of the votes in the CP editors count.
