One week after twin explosions killed 44 people in Istanbul, a car bomb attack on a bus has killed 13 soldiers and injured over 55 people in Kayseri, Turkey. The bus was carrying off-duty army personnel and civilians, the explosion went off at a traffic light next to a university entrance.
