Andre De Grasse has been named Canadian Press male athlete of the year after winning three medals at the Rio Olympic Games last summer. Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby was second with 18 votes (28 per cent). High jumper Derek Drouin, who won gold in Rio, was third.
