Donald Trump is ramping up his rhetoric on nuclear weapons. When asked for clarification on controversial comments he made yesterday, he said "Let it be an arms race... We will outmatch them at every pass and outlast them all." In a tweet on Thursday, Trump called for an expansion of U.S. nuclear capabilities, until the rest of the world "comes to its senses" on nuclear weapons. A Trump spokesman says the president-elect was referring in particular to terror groups and rogue states.
