A Canadian couple is among 13 killed in Tennessee wildfires, officials say. John Tegler, 71 and his wife Janet Tegler, 70, died in the Great Smokey Mountain area. Nearly 1,000 homes and businesses were damaged in the fires around the community of Gatlinburg.
