Donald Trump announced his nominee for Supreme Court Justice Tuesday, Neil Gorsuch. If the 49-year-old from Colorado is confirmed - the court will return to a Conservative majority. Gorsuch is an Originalist - meaning he believes the Constitution should be interpreted as the Founding Fathers would have interpreted it.
