Security officials confirm that almost a dozen soldiers have been accidentally killed by a Philippine bomber. 7 others were also injured as troops try to end a siege by ISIS-aligned extremists in Marawi city. Three successful bombings were carried out before the error was made. The Defence Secretary says it's a 'very painful' situation.
