A Senate committee is set to deliver a potentially damning report today on what's causing lengthy delays in Canadian courts and recommend ways to fix the system. Senators Senators Bob Runciman, George Baker and Pierre-Hugues Boisvenu will hold a news conference in Ottawa at 11 a.m. ET and CBCNews.ca will carry it live.
