The U.S. senate rejects the proposed 'skinny repeal' of Obama's Amercian Health Care Act, as Senator John McCain joins the 'no' camp with fellow Republican Senators Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski, in a chaotic late night session. The vote took place hours after Republicans unveiled their last-ditch plan to repeal parts of Obamacare.
