The U.S. President is lifting restrictions on foreign shipping so fuel and supplies can move faster to Puerto Rico. The island was whipped by Hurricane Maria and is a week later is still suffering from lack of fresh water, food and other supplies. Some is tied up at the port and needs truck to move it.
