The U.S. is pulling about 60% of its non-essential staff from Cuba after 'specific attacks.' Travellers will be advised not to visit the country after several diplomats were harmed by mysterious sonic attacks, mostly at homes rented from the Cuban gov't. Ottawa has not issued any statement about Canadians.
