Cheetahs should be moved from 'vulnerable' to 'endangered' say scientists after estimating that just 7,100 of the world's fastest cats remain in the wild. The wide roaming cats have lost 91% of their habitat, much of it in Asia. Conservationists urge broad cooperation to across borders to preserve their land base.
