Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will make history on Tuesday when he visits Hawaii for a historic visit to Pearl Harbor along with U.S. President Barack Obama. Abe will visit a memorial of Japan's devastating 1941 attack on the site which pushed the U.S. into the Second World War.
